When were the Maps Created?
Florida DRGs were made between 1951 and 1993. For an exact year, consult the USGS DRG Survey Map Index. Quads are listed by quad name. Look in the column labeled "Date" for the year the map was made. NOTE: This PDF was created by USGS, not LABINS. To our knowledge, this information is not available in database format.
Determining the File Name
Use the Geographic Profile to find the the 250K quad sheet name and USGS quad number.
Type of DRGs:
C =
250K quad
F =
100K quad
O =
7.5" Ordinary DRG
P =
7.5" DRG with photograph as backdrop
The file names are made by appending the DRG Type to the front of the USGS Quad Number. For example, an ordinary DRG for 29084A1 would be O29084A1.tif and the world file is O29084A1.tfw.

These files have been compressed into one file (.EXE) for your convenience that contains the .TIF and .TFW files.
The FTP folders are organized by 100K and 250K sheet number and the files are identified by USGS quad numbers. The quick links below are for 250K files.
